Awake! Awake! The Voice, As Of A Trumpet by Gabrielle Riah calls readers to action by arguing against common assumptions about biblical events and personalities

CANTON, Ga. – Awake! Awake! The Voice, As Of A Trumpet by Gabrielle Riah works to offer inspired viewpoints on a variety of spiritual and practical matters.

Designed as a wake-up call to readers of all denominations, the book features controversial arguments against modern time-keeping, the Roman calendar and the popular assumption that the biblical character of Satan is male. Riah also contends that the so-called “bride of Christ” as mentioned in the Gospel of John is a reference to an actual woman whose identity has yet to be revealed.

“My writing is about discovering the gifts of God and learning how to use them,” Riah says. “People have many responsibilities at home and at work and they lose sight of how to really care for themselves, their children and their environment.”

Riah describes how she was moved by the Holy Spirit to write the book, describing the process as the culmination of her discovery of God’s purpose for her life. Awake! Awake! offers perspectives on education, marriage, healthy living, angels and prophets, while interspersing quotes from the bible throughout the text to support conclusions and offer advice.
